Please post the item back to us with a note of your order number. You can find the order number and the return address on the order slip that is included in the parcel you received. We will issue store credits to your account and notify you via email within 3 working days of receiving your return. Please note that no credit will be issued if your return fails to meet the above requirements.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, we will include the cost in your store credit. Darling HD is not responsible for any lost packages in transit. Due to this reason, we highly recommend you post your item with traceable shipping.
We understand it would be a disappointing experience and a waist of your time if the garment you waited for has a manufacturing fault. Therefore, our team carry out a thorough inspection of all items before shipping them to our customers. On the slight chance that you come across a manufacturing fault that we miss, please contact our customer care as soon as possible. Generally, if the fault is confirmed and the item is in stock, we will organize an exchange of the same style for you as soon as we can.
